Origin: Mexico (Chiapas High Grown)

High-grown Mexican coffee has extremely interesting complex citric and malic acidity, and balanced sweetness in the form of chocolate and nut.  This coffee is grown between 1,500 and 1,900 meters above sea level, with coffee varieties of Bourbon, Typica, and Catuai.  The climate and altitude conditions in this region are excellent for specialty coffee.  Enjoy this distinct medium bodied roast.
