Our decaffeinated coffee is a Swiss Water Process, which is a non chemical process that allows much of the coffee flavor characteristics to be left behind when extracting the caffeine, opposite of chemically treated. We never use chemicals in our decaffeinated coffee beans. Enjoy the crisp acidity and sweet fruit and chocolate notes of our Artisan Blend.
